We are bringing back the monthly theme to Appellation Wine Bar. When Michael & Candice owned the bar they used to feature an area or a grape in their tastings.

In addition, they would feature the wines on their “by the glass” list to encourage people to experience the theme all month long. We are going to resurrect that tradition with a trip to Italy.
