This October, Appellation Wine Bar is taking you on another fabulous journey! We will be using our Explorer Series wine tastings to experience the wine & food of The Rhine & Rhône River Valleys of Germany and France. We will visit four iconic wineries Brandon visited on his recent trip to the region. Each tasting will feature a three course meal reflecting the culinary delights of the region paired with six (6) wines for $80 per person. If you would like to attend all four (4) tastings in this series you may prepay at a rate of $70 per person for a total of $280, a $40 savings. Purchase of the Total Tour Pass must be completed by the finish of Tour Stop One (October 1, 2024).

This stop takes us to the rolling hills of the Southern Rhône in the world renowned appellation of Gigondas. Although this beautiful estate has been tended by the same family since 1490, its winemaking tradition stretches back to Roman and Gaullic times over 2000 years ago. Current owner and winemaker Louis Barruol creates beautiful wines that express the terroir of Gigondas and its surrounding appellations with purity and personality. Come see why this winery is one of the favorites among the staff of Wine Emporium and Appellation.
