This October, Appellation Wine Bar is taking you on another fabulous journey! We will be using our Explorer Series wine tastings to experience the wine & food of The Rhine & Rhône River Valleys of Germany and France. We will visit four iconic wineries Brandon visited on his recent trip to the region. Each tasting will feature a three course meal reflecting the culinary delights of the region paired with six (6) wines for $80 per person. If you would like to attend all four (4) tastings in this series you may prepay at a rate of $70 per person for a total of $280, a $40 savings.

We begin our tour in the German region called The Pfaltz. Nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Deidesheim is the Weingut Von Winning (Pronounced “Finning”). This charming winery is focused on showing the world the beauty and elegance of the grapes grown in their region. While they obviously specialize in Riesling, in all of its fabulous variations, they are also showing how other grapes such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir can find unbelievable expression in the soil and sun of The Pfaltz.

This tasting will include a tasting of six (6) wines and a three course (Starter & Bread, Entree & Dessert) dinner. The cost for this tasting is $80/person. Please RSVP via email HERE with you name and the name of any guests. Seating is limited. Reservations will be confirmed as they are received.
